스탬프캠(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 안내합니다.

1. 앱 기능에 사용하는 정보

앱은 별도의 회원가입이 없으며, 개발자(doyalabs)가 운영하는 서버로 사진, 위치 또는 계정 정보를 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다.

• 카메라: 사진 촬영에 사용합니다. 촬영 데이터는 기기에서 처리되며 광고 사업자에게 전달되지 않습니다.
• 사진 보관함: 스탬프가 합성된 사진을 저장하고 기존 사진을 불러오는 데 사용합니다. 사진은 기기에서 처리되며 광고 사업자에게 전달되지 않습니다.
• 위치(사용 중에만): 이용자가 '위치 정보 표시'를 켠 경우 사진 스탬프에 지역명(시·구)을 표시하기 위해 사용합니다. 지역명 변환을 위해 좌표가 Apple의 지오코딩 서비스로 전달될 수 있으며, 개발자는 위치를 저장하거나 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 광고 및 제3자 SDK

앱은 카카오 AdFit SDK를 사용하여 일부 화면에 배너 광고를 표시합니다. AdFit은 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 안정성 확보를 위해 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

• 사용자 ID 및 기기 ID
• 광고 데이터와 광고·앱 내 상호작용 정보
• 충돌 데이터와 성능 데이터

이 정보는 개발자의 서버가 아니라 카카오의 광고 시스템에서 처리되며, 사진이나 사진에 표시한 위치 정보와 결합되지 않습니다. 사용자 ID와 기기 ID는 이용자가 iOS의 앱 추적 권한을 허용한 경우 맞춤형 광고 및 광고 측정에 사용될 수 있습니다. 권한을 허용하지 않아도 앱의 카메라와 스탬프 기능은 사용할 수 있습니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 판매

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 앱 기능 및 광고 제공에 필요한 범위에서 Apple의 지오코딩 서비스와 카카오 AdFit이 위 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

4. 이용자의 선택

이용자는 iOS 설정에서 카메라, 사진, 위치 및 추적 권한을 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다. 추적 권한을 거부해도 앱의 핵심 기능은 제한되지 않습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 특별히 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

StampCam ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App uses and how.

1. Information Used for App Features

The App has no account sign-up and does not collect or send photos, location, or account information to servers operated by the developer (doyalabs).

• Camera: Used to take photos. Capture data is processed on-device and is not shared with advertising providers.
• Photo Library: Used to save stamped photos and load existing photos. Photos are processed on-device and are not shared with advertising providers.
• Location (When In Use): Used only when "Show Location" is enabled to display a city or district on the stamp. Coordinates may be sent to Apple's geocoding service. The developer does not store location or use it for advertising.

2. Advertising and Third-Party SDK

The App uses the Kakao AdFit SDK to display banner ads on certain screens. AdFit may process the following information to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability:

• User ID and device ID
• Advertising data and product interaction data
• Crash data and performance data

This information is processed by Kakao's advertising systems rather than the developer's servers and is not combined with your photos or stamped location. User ID and device ID may be used for personalized advertising and ad measurement when you grant the iOS App Tracking permission. You can continue using the camera and stamping features if you do not grant permission.

3. Third Parties and Sale of Data

The developer does not sell personal data. Apple's geocoding service and Kakao AdFit may process the information described above only as needed to provide the relevant App and advertising services.

4. Your Choices

You can change Camera, Photos, Location, and Tracking permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Denying Tracking permission does not restrict the App's core features.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect children's personal data.
